We operate out of a 12,000+ square foot warehouse and office facility situated on 1.3 acres in the heart of Middle Tennessee. We’re proud to be our county's largest independently owned and operated Termite, Pest Control and Moisture Management Services Company.

Due to the size of our facility, we are able to negotiate the best possible prices on our materials and supplies and then, in turn, pass those savings on to our customers. And, as we know that each individual has different needs and preferences, we don’t believe in “cookie cutter” formulas. We provide a knowledgeable, well trained, licensed and certified staff that examines each situation thoroughly, takes dozens of pictures and turns in written reports that may highlight areas of concern and list some options to resolve the problem(s). Ultimately, however, the decision is always yours. You’re the customer, and that makes you our Boss.
