We have full-time employees dedicated just to service the needs of realtors. Service to realtors is the lifeblood of our business. We provide pre-listing and termite letters for real estate transactions, and we understand the delicate nature of Buyers and Sellers. This is one of the most stressful periods in your client's life. We understand that and will work directly with you to insure all parties are satisfied.

If requested, we also have available a complete line of Moisture Management Services. Included are vapor barriers, mold treatments, positive drains and sump pumps. However, Moisture Services must be specifically requested, as it is NOT part of the Termite Letter form (NPMA-33) in Tennessee, and will not be reported on the termite letter.
